3. You Have yellow Eyes or Yellow Skin
Both the color of your eyes and your skin color depend on all kinds of factors and often there are few ‘wrong’ colors. But if your eyes and skin suddenly turn yellow, that’s a good reason to worry. This can indicate jaundice. Jaundice is caused by a high level of bilirubin in the blood and often indicates that there is something wrong with the liver.
Other symptoms of jaundice are itching and gray-white stool and dark urine. Jaundice does not always mean that you have liver cancer, but nevertheless it is good to go to the doctor in this case: people with hepatitis A and gallstones often also suffer from jaundice.
4. You Lose Weight Inexplicably
Weight loss is a fairly common symptom for a number of diseases, including a number of cancers. Liver cancer is one of these diseases. Partly due to the reduced feeling of hunger, the kilos can unintentionally fly off due to liver cancer.
Again, weight loss is a common symptom in all kinds of serious and less serious conditions. That is why you do not have to worry immediately if you see that the number on the scale suddenly turns out lower than expected. But if weight loss is accompanied by other symptoms of liver cancer, it is better to consult a doctor.
